Joel Heuring

Director of Construction

Joel is the Director of Construction for Orange Capital Advisors, overseeing the construction of all projects from groundbreaking to completion. He ensures quality, efficiency, and cost control at every stage while coordinating with project teams to deliver communities on time and on budget. In addition to managing active developments, Joel provides construction-focused site analysis for new projects, evaluating potential challenges, costs, and feasibility.

Joel joined C.F. Evans Construction in 2013, advancing from Assistant Project Manager to Head of Production & Quality Control, and has overseen projects ranging from suburban garden-style communities to mid-rise and wrap developments in prime downtown markets across the Southeast. His background as both a general contractor and subcontractor brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to every project. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Westminster College.
