Caroline Schraibman

Development Manager

Caroline joined the team in 2022 after obtaining her MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler. Caroline previously worked in New York City for Johnson Development Associates, a self-storage developer covering the Northeast region. There she gained experience in underwriting, the entitlement process, site research and selection. Before going to work in New York, Caroline obtained her undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University majoring in Business and Accounting. Currently, Caroline uses her expertise to identify new development opportunities for Orange Capital, in addition to assisting the team with on-going projects and guiding potential ventures through the pre-development process.
