Jasmine Murphy

Development Manager

Jasmine joined the team in 2021 after obtaining a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Clemson University. She previously worked at Stevens & Wilkinson architecture firm after graduating from Savannah College of Art in Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture. Using her architectural background, Jasmine combines her passion for design and creating communities to help development projects be thoughtfully and beautifully created while reducing costs and maximizing efficiency and quality. In her current role, she collaborates with a plethora of professionals, officials, and community members, sources development sites, conducts underwriting, provides architectural design and oversight to take projects from the entitlement process to construction completion.
