Kristin is the Director of Asset and Investor Management for Orange Capital Advisors, overseeing third-party property managers, investor relations, and portfolio performance. She also lends her expertise to the design and branding of Orange Capital’s apartment communities, ensuring each project is both market-driven and visually distinctive.

With a career in property management dating back to 2008, Kristin has led teams for Mid America Communities, JRK Residential, and Orange Capital’s former in-house management group. She has played a key role in the successful lease-up of multiple high-profile developments, including The Lively communities, and is known for her ability to blend operational excellence with creative vision to deliver results for investors and exceptional experiences for residents.
