Terry Pendergist

CFO

Terry Pendergist serves as Chief Financial Officer of Evans Management Group (EMG), the parent company of Orange Capital Advisors. In her role, she leads financial strategy, reporting, and scalable systems that support the growth of EMG’s diverse real estate and construction businesses. Terry works closely with Orange Capital Advisors to strengthen financial oversight, guide capital allocation, and support the firm’s expansion as a merchant real estate developer.

Terry brings nearly two decades of executive financial experience. Before joining EMG, she was Senior Managing Director for Greystar’s North America Principal Business, where she oversaw accounting, IT, and talent functions, while directing financial operations for more than $13 billion in active development assets. She also served as Co-Chair of Greystar’s Executive Committee and was recognized as a 2023 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence in Real Estate Development.

A graduate of Clemson University, Terry serves on the university’s Board of Visitors and remains an active supporter of her alma mater.
